Finance Bill

(3) After the proposal to be considered in accordance with sub-rule (2) is presented and approved, the Chairman shall, in consultation with the Prime Minister or any other minister appointed by him in his absence, appoint a day and time period for discussing the bill. (4) Unless otherwise ordered by the chairman, after the motion to consider the money bill is passed, the member who wants to submit a suggestion must give a notice with the suggestion to the secretariat within twenty-four hours and when making such a suggestion, the conditions according to rule 107 must be fulfilled. will be adopted. (5) According to sub-rule (3) at the end of the specified day and time period, the chairman will present the bills to the assembly for decision without discussion for the purpose of finalizing them. (7) During the discussion on the Bill, if the Assembly decides whether or not to send any suggestion to the Bill, accordingly, the Minister of Finance shall submit a motion to send the Bill back to the House of Representatives. Later, the House will clarify the details and send the bill back to the House of Representatives along with the message.
